Kate
Ilse is a Psychotherapist born and raised in Costa Rica. Her style of work is based on Eastern Yoga Psychology, the Body Psychotherapy, and Yoga Asanas. During sessions she invites clients to learn about the philosophy of the Yamas and Niyamas. She considers herself a holistic clinical psychotherapist. Her speciality as psychotherapist is the treatment of chronic stress, trauma, anxiety and grief. Individual and group Embodiment sessions are supported with gentleness and a compassionate heart.
In 2001, Ilse immigrated to the USA from Costa Rica. Her journey was supported by a wonderful community in the USA. Her counseling sessions are sustained in an environment of cultural diversity, in this interception of two worlds, she found the power of acceptance, tolerance, gentleness and love for all beings. Beside individual therapy, Ilse created a Roses Women's circle that supports women in the Capital Region of New York. She strongly considers Mother Earth (Pachamama) a great source of healing.
Ilse is a fully certified Somatic Psychotherapist, Mindfulness therapist, EMDR certified, Energy work with a Reiki Master at Kripalu, Shamanism and Somatic Energy with Dr. Alberto Villoldo, PHD and Marcela Lobos. Ilse believes we are all light, emotions are light and our bodys enclose the light. The magic of creating presence in a felt/sense will bring you back to your authentic self.

Kate Maranville-Hiser is a multi-modality practitioner and ceremonialist offering a unique blend of services. Her expertise includes Usui Reiki, Sound Healing, Akashic Record readings, Cacao Ceremonies, Kambo Ceremonies, Folk Herbalism, and Conscious Micro-dosing. As an event coordinator, Kate also specializes in creating transformative experiences through retreats, ceremonies, and music and wellness festivals.
