Cacao is Chocolate in its purest form. Known for its heart opening and mood boosting qualities. Cacao comes from Theobroma cacao, an evergreen tree native to South America, and domesticated for thousands of years in Central America. Historically, cacao has been a highly-valued, sacred commodity. I facilitate individual, couple and group Cacao Ceremonies. What are we opening our hearts to? The options are unlimited. I hold the space for individuals, couples or groups that are interested in opening up their heart space in a safe, vulnerable, supportive and connecting way. We can either pick a topic that I guide you through, or go in with the pure, simple intention of opening our hearts to noticing what comes up.
